Ryan Eng
Ryan is a junior from New York City concentrating in Applied Math-Computer Science. He intends to explore the intersection between data, computing, linguistics, and economics. He is one of the founding board members of The Brown Data Science Institute student advisory group, and enjoys learning new pop culture/sports references.
Alan Wang
Alan is a sophomore from Connecticut studying Applied Math-Computer Science. He is passionate about data analysis and low level computer systems. In his free time, he enjoys going on long runs and implementing online games.
Ghali Maata
Ghali is a sophomore from Morocco studying Applied Math-Computer Science. He is passionate about computational research and its intersection with finance and sciences. He previously interned in quantitative research with Attijariwafa Bank and Amundi group. Ghali loves playing soccer, tennis, and martial arts.
John Wu
John is a fifth-year master’s student originally from Chicago, currently studying Computer Science and Economics. Over the last few years, he’s worked as a software developer and TA with a focus on machine learning and systems. He will be interning at Bridgewater Associates this summer. Outside of his academic pursuits, he enjoys engaging with puzzle games and playing badminton in his leisure time.
Nick Klatsky
Nick is a senior from Los Angeles, CA studying Applied Math-Computer Science. He is passionate about macroeconomics and will be working in systematic macro investing at Bridgewater Associates. Nick loves to play soccer and he follows Italy's Serie A.

Paul is a senior from Westchester, NY pursuing a 4-Year Concurrent M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science. He is interested in merging his interests in technology, AI ethics, and quantitative finance. Paul loves drumming, rock climbing, and debating ethical dilemmas!

Advay Mansingka ‘23 ScM ‘24
Advay was one of the co-founders of QTAB. He concentrated in APMA-CS, and Engineering, and did a Masters in CS. He is passionate about research, spending three summers conducting research at Brown. He is now working as a Quantitative Researcher. Advay enjoys rock climbing, Formula 1, and the malted barley.
Cristina Hu ‘24
Cristina is from Lima, Peru and studied APMA-CS and French at Brown. She interned as an Algo Dev at Hudson River Trading and with the Goldman Sachs Equity Derivatives Trading and Systematic Trading team. She is working full-time at Man Numeric. She enjoys Latin music and trying out restaurants.
